Ordinary-extraordinary star

Jak widać, długo myślałam o czym napisać teraz (wybaczcie, że aż tak długo ;-)). Przeszukując internet oraz sterty gazet w poszukiwaniu inspiracji, natknęłam się na biografię pewnej wyjątkowej kobiety.

As you can see, it took me few moments to figure what to write now. When I was searching the Internet and heaps of magazines looking for information, I came across a biography of an exceptional woman. 

Już wiecie kogo mam na myśli?/ You already know who I mean?

Aktorka, modelka i Ambasadorka Dobrej Woli UNICEF o brytyjsko-holenderskim pochodzeniu. Jestem pewna, że każdy, chociaż raz, słyszał o fenomenalnej Audrey Hepburn! Zdecydowałam się napisać właśnie   o niej, ponieważ jestem jej wielką fanką,a swoim życiem dawała cudowny przykład innym.

British-Dutch actress, model and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. I'm sure that everybody heard about wonderful Audrey Hepburn! I'm her big FAN and this is a reason why I decided to write about her. 

Jej debiut w 1951 roku ("Monte Carlo Baby") stał się początkiem wielkiej kariery, która z czasem nabierała tempa. Największym sukcesem w jej życiu było (uwaga, uwaga) otrzymanie Oscara za rolę w filmie "Rzymskie wakacje".

Her debut in 1951 ('Monte Carlo Baby') was the beginning of a great career. The biggest succes of her life was receiving (please note) an Oscar for her role in 'Roman Holiday'.

Jednak jedna z ról, mimo że została napisana z myślą o Marilyn Monroe, jest najbardziej znaną kreacją w karierze Audrey. Czy ktoś z was słyszał o "Śniadaniu u Tiffany'ego"? Mam nadzieję, że spora część z was. Kreowana przez nią Holly jest jedną z najbardziej znanych postaci w historii kina. 

However, one of the roles enrolled forever in the history of cinema. Although the role of Holly in 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' was written specifically for Marilyn Monroe, even she was unable to play it better than Audrey.

Audrey Hepburn, jak większość aktorek, stała się wyrocznią mody i poczucia stylu. Wyznaczała trendy, nie wiedząc, że to robi. Ona jednak starała się dostrzegać w ludziach ich wewnętrzne piękno.

Audrey was oracle of fashion and sense of style. She unconsciously defermined the trends. She could see the inner beauty of every human.

The beauty of a woman is not reflected in the clothes, that she wears, in her figure and the way you aranged hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because they are the door to her heart's- a place where love resides.

Italian glamor

Włoscy kreatorzy mody dowodzą, że przysłowie "co za dużo,to niezdrowo" przechodzi do lamusa. Duet Dolce & Gabbana zaszokował ilością dodatków oraz kolorami i krojem swoich kreacji. Z jednej strony królewska czerwień i złoto, z drugiej klasyczne kolory nude i czerń. To sezon pełen kontrastów. 

Italian fashion designers show that the proverb 'as too much of a good thing' is not important for them. The audience at the show by Dolce & Gabbana was shocked by rich collection. Royal red and gold, classic colors nude and black. This is a season of contrasts.

The rhythm of the Upper  East Side

W Nowym Jorku panuje stary, dobry styl vintage. Warto czerpać inspirację z serialu "Plotkara". Styl Blair Waldorf doskonale odzwierciedla to, co było, jest i będzie modne. Jej szafa jest kwintesencją stylu Manhattanu. 

New York is a place where good and old vintage style is still living on. Serial 'Gossip Girl' is full of inspiration. Blair Waldorf style shows what was, is and will be stylish. Her wardrobe is quintessentially Manhattan style.

Fall is coming

Ostatnio dokonałam odkrycia roku. Obserwując to, co się dzieje za oknem stwierdziłam, że wielkimi krokami zbliża się (werble poproszę) ... JESIEŃ! W świecie mody sezon jesień-zima to prawdziwa rewolucja. W tym roku króluje rubinowa czerwień, królewski błękit i oczywiście nieśmiertelna czerń. Jednak kolorem sezonu jest FIOLET, który zawojował światowe wybiegi, a wspaniały aksamit powraca do łask. 

I have made amazing discovery. When I have looked on the weather outside the window, I saw that Autumn is coming. Fall-winter season is a revolution in world of fashion. This year ruby red, royal blue and immortal black reigns on the runways. But the king of this season is PURPLE.

Czołowi projektanci promują typowe dla stolicy Francji elegancję i romantyzm. U niektórych królują błękit i delikatne koronki, u innych kraciaste płaszcze i ołówkowe spódnice. Dom mody Chanel powraca do klasycznego tweedu. Zawsze modna prostota z lat 60. podbije rynek. 

Creators of fashion are promoting elegance and romanticism typical for the style of France. In some prevail blue and delicate lace. In other checkered coats and skirts. House of fashion Chanel returns to the clasical tweed. Always stylish simplicity sixties conquers the world.

Futro. Tyle wystarczy, żeby wiedzieć, że Londyn oszalał na punkcie lat 80. Mocne kolory, sztuczne futra i skóra to prawdziwe hity tej jesieni. Kopertówka w rozmiarze XXL to nieodłączny składnik każdej udanej stylizacji. Jutro ciąg dalszy. :-*

 Fur. London went crazy about eighties. Powerful colors, fake furs and leather are hits this fall. Of course you can't forget about handbag in XXL. Tomorrow continued. Kisses.

 Postanowiłam napisać ten blog z myślą o wszystkich, którzy interesują się modą i nie tylko. Chcę spojrzeć na światowe stolice trendów przez lupę i przybliżyć je Wam. Paryż, Mediolan, Nowy York, Warszawa, Londyn. To tylko nieliczne z miejsc, gdzie tworzyli i tworzą najwybitniejsi kreatorzy mody. Postaram się przybliżyć Wam te miasta, ich sławne i warte odwiedzenia dzielnice, butiki, muzea, zabytki. Opiszę NAJWIĘKSZYCH projektantów (a jest ich trochę, więc będę miała o kim pisać), sławy polskiego i zagranicznego modelingu oraz prawdziwe legendy. Chcę pisać o modzie przez wielkie M, trendach na każdy sezon, pogodę i kieszeń. Pokażę Wam (a przynajmniej mam taką nadzieję), że każdy może wyglądać stylowo, czuć się wygodnie, wyjątkowo i po prostu pięknie.

I will describe the Biggest designers, polish and foreign supermodels and big legends. I want to describe fashion writed with big F, trends on every season, weather and pocket.
